UNDP and Ministry of Marine Resources Sign MoU to Advance Libya’s Blue Economy

Libya is taking a significant step towards economic diversification and sustainable development with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Marine Resources and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Libya. This landmark agreement, inked in Tripoli, signals a concerted effort to harness the potential of the nation's extensive Mediterranean coastline and foster a robust Blue Economy.

The UNDP recognizes Libya's strategic position to leverage its marine resources for economic growth.
