UniAbuja promotes 34 academics to professorial ranks

The University of Abuja, now known as Yakubu Gowon University, has officially elevated 34 academic staff members to professorial positions. This significant academic advancement was approved by the institution's Governing Council, chaired by Senator Dr. Olanrewaju Tejuoso.

The promotions recognize the scholarly achievements and contributions of the university's faculty. Among the 34 academics, 17 have reached the esteemed rank of Professor. The remaining individuals have been promoted to other professorial cadres, reflecting a commitment to recognizing and advancing academic excellence within the university.
