US Defense Department urges defense industry to boost production amid Iran conflict

A memorandum signed by Deputy Secretary of Defense Stiv Fajnberg, and reported by The Washington Post, gives defense manufacturers no more than 21 days to present plans for "significantly faster, more aggressive deployment schedules and increased production for critical capabilities."
