Vacation Turns Nightmare: Six Romanians Injured in Antalya Minibus Crash

A serious road accident in Turkey's Antalya province has left 13 tourists injured, including six Romanian citizens. The collision occurred early Monday morning in the Serik district, near Belek–Kadriye, when two tourist minibuses traveling in opposite directions crashed head-on.

The injured group comprised seven Russian citizens and six Romanians, who were on vacation in Antalya. The identities of the victims have not been publicly disclosed by Turkish authorities. Emergency medical and police teams responded swiftly to the scene.

Victims received on-site medical care before being transported to a local hospital. Authorities have reported that the conditions of all injured individuals are stable. The Serik police have launched an investigation to determine the exact circumstances of the accident and the responsibility of the two drivers involved.

This incident recalls previous accidents involving Romanian tourists in Turkey. Four years ago, nine Romanians were injured in a road accident in Istanbul. In 2018, three people from Blaj, a couple and their daughter, died in Turkey after their minibus crashed into a tree.
