Vandals fill Hoogstade church locks with cement, forcing priest to hold annual mass outdoors

Vandals sprayed cement into the locks of a church in Hoogstade, near Alveringem, over the weekend.

The cement hardened, leaving nobody able to enter for the annual mass. Priest Johannes Mwamba therefore held an alternative celebration outside the church.
