Vice-President engages staff of Registrar of Companies

Ghana's Vice-President, Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, met with the management team of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) in Accra. This courtesy call was part of ongoing efforts to enhance collaboration between the Vice-President's office and the ORC, focusing on formalizing businesses and broadening company registration across the nation.

Maame Samma Peprah, the Registrar of Companies, led the ORC delegation. She provided Professor Opoku-Agyemang with a comprehensive overview of the ORC's core mandate. The briefing also covered the ongoing reforms within the institution and strategic initiatives designed to bring business registration services closer to both citizens and potential investors.
