VIDEO: Two 'Russian Amazons' ablaze after fierce drone attacks

Ukraine conducted a series of drone attacks across Russia and occupied Crimea overnight, targeting infrastructure and causing significant damage and power outages.

In Crimea, two power substations in the occupied city of Masandra and the nearby city of Yalta were struck by drones, leading to widespread power outages. Similar power disruptions were reported in Alushta, another occupied city in southern Crimea.

The attacks extended to mainland Russia, with a facility belonging to the Russian retail giant "Wildberries" being targeted in Krasnodar. The drone strike caused infrastructure damage, with debris reportedly hitting a balcony and windows in one apartment. A fire broke out at a logistics warehouse, injuring three individuals who were transported for medical assistance, according to Krasnodar Mayor Yevgeny Naumov.

Further damage was reported in Nevinnomyssk, where another logistics center operated by "Wildberries" was hit by Ukrainian drones. A fire erupted at the site, and local governor Vladimir Vladimirov confirmed that five people were injured. This marks the fourth time in recent days that Wildberries' infrastructure has been targeted, with previous attacks occurring on July 18.

The Kyiv Independent noted that these attacks on Wildberries facilities are part of a pattern, highlighting the vulnerability of Russian retail and logistics infrastructure to Ukrainian drone operations.
