The future of Hungarian football club Videoton hangs in the balance as negotiations with a potential investor group approach a critical juncture. András Cser-Palkovics announced that the ongoing discussions must conclude within the next two weeks.

Representatives from the British investor group have expressed their readiness to travel to Székesfehérvár. They are keen to meet with the club's supporters, introduce themselves, and outline their plans and vision for Videoton. The local municipality has offered its assistance in organizing this meeting, with details on the time and location to be announced shortly.

"I trust that the sales process will be concluded in the next two weeks, and a new, successful era will begin in the club's life," Cser-Palkovics stated, expressing optimism about finalizing the deal. The club currently competes in Hungary's second division, NB II.
