Vietnam’s Bảo Ngọc ranks second in Sash Factor’s Miss World performance forecast

Lê Nguyễn Bảo Ngọc has earned another strong prediction ahead of the Miss World 2026 final, with beauty pageant site Sash Factor ranking her second among the competition’s most notable Dances of the World performances.

Ethiopia’s Ruth Yirgalem Weldesilassie topped the list. Bảo Ngọc’s ranking followed her appearance at the Hello Vietnam, Hello World program in Nha Trang on September 2 and her performance in the Dances of the World segment.

Representing the Asia-Pacific group, Bảo Ngọc wore Lưng trời vương nắng, a costume created by designers Bùi Thế Bảo and Nguyễn Nguyên Bảo. The outfit drew on the image of a Tây Bắc girl performing the khèn dance of the H’Mông people. Its blue tones evoked mountain forests, while pink flowers and brocade patterns added color.

Bảo Ngọc combined fluid movements with choreography set to music influenced by the culture of Vietnam’s northern highlands. The performance presented Tây Bắc cultural imagery to an international audience during an event featuring 111 contestants.

Sash Factor had previously included Bảo Ngọc among the contestants attracting attention at Miss World 2026. She has also won the Asia-Pacific Top Model segment, securing a place in the top 40, and reached the top 20 in the Head to Head Challenge, the top 23 in Talent and the top 24 in Beauty With a Purpose. Her team also won the Head Chef Beauty competition.

The 73rd Miss World final is scheduled for September 5 at Nha Trang’s April 2 Square. The winner will succeed reigning Miss World Opal Suchata Chuangsri. The 2026 contest marks 75 years since the pageant was first held in 1951.
