Vietnam welcomes Lao PM, aiming to elevate ties to 'strategic partnership'

Vietnamese Prime Minister Lê Minh Hưng hosted an official welcoming ceremony for Lao Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone at the Government headquarters. This marks Siphandone's inaugural official visit to Vietnam following the 12th Congress of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party.
