The villa, a gift from her parents who live nearby, stands in contrast to crowded beaches where summer visitors often pack together. Schwarzjirg's family, including her husband, daughter, and parents, still vacation here annually. She recalls her first visit at age 19, a cold November day, yet she was immediately captivated by the property and even took a dip in the sea.

Surrounded by a garden filled with fragrant orange trees, basil, rosemary, and lavender, the property overlooks the sea. A stone staircase leads down to a pebble beach, accessible only from the water for most, offering privacy shielded by rock formations. The interior, with its natural wood, warm colors like beige, coral, and blue, and abundant light, reflects a calm aesthetic.

Schwarzjirg, who designed the interior herself, continually adds or exchanges decorative items, each piece holding a story. Her favorite spot is a shaded stone bench on the terrace, perfect for daydreaming or watching the sunset. The villa's understated design allows the stunning sea view to take center stage.
