Vinachem appoints new general directors across member companies

Vinachem has reshuffled senior management at several member companies, appointing new general directors at Apatit Vietnam, Đạm Ninh Bình, Ninh Bình Phosphate and Casumina.

Nguyễn Viết Hiến was appointed a member of Apatit Vietnam’s board and its general director. Born in 1972 in Phổ Yên ward, Thái Nguyên province, he is a mechanical engineering engineer with a master’s degree in project management. Vinachem said he has nearly 30 years of experience in management, operations and project management in construction, machinery installation and oil and gas companies.

Nguyễn Đình Khoát, a member of Đạm Ninh Bình’s board, was appointed the company’s general director for a five-year term. Khoát, born in 1976 in Tiên Lực commune, Bắc Ninh province, holds a master’s degree in industrial automation. He previously led Vinachem’s construction investment division, chaired Việt Trì Chemical and served as general director of Casumina.

Trần Thắng was appointed general director of Ninh Bình Phosphate. The 1985-born executive holds a master’s degree in business administration and previously served on Vinachem’s party executive committee, as deputy general director and board member of Văn Điển Fused Phosphate, and as Vinachem’s capital representative there.

Casumina appointed Phùng Quang Trung as general director. Trung, born in 1978 and originally from Phú Thọ province, holds a bachelor’s degree in economics. He has held several positions at Southern Fertilizer, served as deputy general director of DAP No. 2 Vinachem and previously led Ninh Bình Phosphate. Separately, the Ministry of Finance appointed Nguyễn Văn Đông to Vinachem’s board for five years. Đông, born in 1982, is Apatit Vietnam’s board member and general director and holds a master’s degree in business and management.
