Vinicius Jr. extends Real Madrid contract until 2032

Vinicius Jr. will continue his successful tenure with Real Madrid, having agreed to a contract extension that keeps him at the club until 2032. The Brazilian winger, who joined in 2018, has become a pivotal player for the Spanish giants.

During his eight seasons with Real Madrid, Vinicius Jr. has amassed an impressive record of 375 appearances and 128 goals. His contributions have been instrumental in securing fourteen titles for the club, including two Champions League victories in 2022 and 2024. The club officially announced the contract extension on August 6, 2026.

Vinicius Jr. also represented Brazil in the 2026 World Cup, where he was his national team's top scorer with four goals. Despite his strong performance in the group stage, Brazil was eliminated in the round of 16 by Norway.

Real Madrid emphasized Vinicius Jr.'s "transcendental" impact on their numerous titles, noting his crucial role in winning the Champions League finals that led to the club's fourteenth and fifteenth European Cups.
