Violent hailstorm halts Bad Bunny concert in Milan, injures fans

Thousands of fans attending Bad Bunny's concert in Milan had their evening cut short by a severe hailstorm. The violent weather struck the San Siro Hippodrome during the "Debí tirar más fotos World Tour" stop, forcing an evacuation of the venue.

According to the fire department, numerous spectators sustained injuries, primarily to the head, from the large hailstones. Emergency medical services (118) were on-site to provide immediate assistance. The concert was suspended, and organizers, along with law enforcement, maintained control of the arena.

This was the second and final Milan date for the Puerto Rican star's tour, which had seen a sold-out crowd of 80,000 for the previous night's performance. Initially, organizers announced over the loudspeakers that attendees should remain in their seats, hoping the storm would pass. However, as conditions worsened, an evacuation order was issued, directing people to safety exits. The Uruguay metro station was also temporarily closed to help manage the crowd dispersal.
