VP Gibran Invites 5 Students on Working Visit to Four Provinces

Indonesian Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka embarked on a four-province working visit on Thursday, June 18, 2026, traveling to East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), Gorontalo, West Papua, and Central Papua. A distinctive feature of this trip is the inclusion of five university students, representing institutions such as the University of Indonesia, Pelita Harapan University, and others.

The Vice President departed from Jakarta and arrived in Kupang, NTT, where his schedule includes observing the implementation of the "Free Nutritious Meal" program in Ende Regency. He is also slated to review the development plan for the Merah Putih Village Cooperative and engage with local communities.

In Gorontalo Province, Vice President Gibran is scheduled to attend and officially open the 17th National Farmers and Fishermen Week (Penas XVII) in 2026. During his visit to Gorontalo, he will also inspect the Bulango Ulu Dam, an important piece of infrastructure aimed at supporting food security and community welfare.
