Miloš Vučević, the president of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS), has presented voters in the village of Mala Plana, near Prokuplje, with a seemingly straightforward, yet significant, electoral choice. During the "Srbija Pobeđuje" (Serbia Wins) campaign, Vučević urged citizens to decide whether they prefer Vladan Đokić or Aleksandar Vučić as their prime minister.

Vučević, alluding to Vladan Đokić, the rector of the University of Belgrade, and the current President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, stated, "The choice is simple – do you want Đokić or Vučić?" He further elaborated on the perceived differences, asking voters to "Imagine a country led by Đokić, with Kokanović and Bakić as ministers, and then imagine Vučić continuing to do what he is doing. The choice is not difficult, but it is important."

The SNS leader emphasized the critical nature of the upcoming elections, which he believes are imminent. He called upon citizens to cast their votes whenever the elections are called, stressing the necessity of a convincing victory across all polling stations in Prokuplje and the Toplica region.
