Wakanow is moving beyond flight bookings as it builds what it calls a full travel ecosystem, combining digital services, physical centers and direct Umrah visa issuance.

The Nigerian company has launched a renewed website and an enhanced mobile app, while opening or upgrading travel centers across Lagos. Locations include Adeola Hopewell and Karimu Kotun in Victoria Island, as well as sites on Allen Avenue in Ikeja, Ogunlana Drive in Surulere, Ikotun and the Old NIPOST Building in Sabo, Yaba.

The redesigned platform uses the concept “One shop. Multiple deals.” It brings flights, hotels, holiday packages, tours and travel add-ons into one service. Available extras include travel insurance, airport protocol services, rides, travel data, Wakanow Prime, cargo services and airport lounge access.
