Model and actress Kaia Gerber has shared a deeply personal and unusual childhood experience, revealing that she was told she was "possessed" and subsequently underwent an exorcism. The 24-year-old daughter of supermodel Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber recounted this story on "The Mitch Churi Chat Show."

Gerber's revelation came up while discussing her role in the tenth season of "American Horror Story." She mentioned that her mother, Cindy Crawford, had given her holy water to take to the set, expressing concern about her daughter potentially being possessed. Gerber then disclosed that she herself had been told she was possessed during her childhood.

Confirming that she felt persecuted by supernatural phenomena from a young age, Gerber stated that she later underwent an exorcism. However, the ritual was far from conventional. She described the ceremony as involving the playing of a didgeridoo, a traditional Australian wind instrument, over her.

"This really happened. I've never talked about this before," Gerber emphasized, highlighting the unique nature of the experience. She is currently promoting "The Shards," a new series where she plays Susan Reynolds. The show is based on Bret Easton Ellis's 2023 novel and is set in 1981 Los Angeles, focusing on a group of young people targeted by a serial killer.
