Way of St. James Young Ambassadors Relay Adds 1,751 Participants

A significant number of participants, totaling 1,751, have joined the "Young Ambassadors of the Way of St. James" relay, a testament to the enduring appeal of this spiritual and cultural journey. The initiative successfully connected diverse communities across Lithuania, fostering a sense of shared purpose.

Organized for the eleventh consecutive year by the Way of St. James Friends Association and the Association of Way of St. James Municipalities, the relay commenced on April 1 and concluded on July 31. It served as a unifying force, bringing together schools, parishes, and regions throughout the country.

The event highlights the continued engagement of young people with the historical pilgrimage routes. The relay's success underscores the association's commitment to promoting the Way of St. James and its values among younger generations, strengthening cultural heritage connections within Lithuania.
