Weather forecast: Changeable conditions expected in Lithuania

Lithuania is set for a day of weather changes as a warm air mass gradually shifts eastward, making way for cooler air from the west, according to "Orai ir klimatas Lietuvoje" (Weather and Climate in Lithuania) on Facebook.

These atmospheric shifts are typically accompanied by summer-like rain showers and thunderstorms. While Saturday is expected to remain warm with temperatures reaching 20–25 degrees Celsius during the day, Sunday will be about 5 degrees cooler, with slightly warmer conditions possible only in the eastern regions.

By Tuesday, "Scandinavian summer" weather conditions are anticipated to encompass the entire country. This cooler and often damp weather pattern is forecast to continue until at least the weekend, after which a gradual warming is expected. Current data suggests that most of the rain in the coming days will fall in the western and southwestern parts of the country.
