Welfare Pension 2026: Who Gets Paid Today, Sept. 7? Check Whether You Qualify

The second round of Mexico’s September-October Welfare Pension payments is underway, and Monday, Sept. 7, belongs to beneficiaries whose paternal surnames begin with D, E or F.

The Welfare Ministry is distributing the money in stages to prevent large crowds at Welfare Bank branches. The payment forms part of the year’s fifth two-month installment and is deposited directly onto beneficiaries’ Welfare Bank cards.

The amount depends on the program. Older adults receive 6,400 pesos for the two-month period. Women enrolled in Welfare Women receive 3,100 pesos, while people with disabilities receive 3,300 pesos. The program for children of working mothers pays 1,650 pesos for each registered child.

Sembrando Vida beneficiaries are not included in the same two-month pension schedule. Their support is paid monthly, and the September deposit of 6,450 pesos is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 9.

The remaining payment calendar follows the first letter of the paternal surname: G on Sept. 8 and 9; H, I, J and K on Sept. 10; L on Sept. 11; M on Sept. 14 and 15; N, Ñ and O on Sept. 17; P and Q on Sept. 18; R on Sept. 21 and 22; S on Sept. 23; T, U and V on Sept. 24; and W, X, Y and Z on Sept. 25.
