When is the next episode of Altı Üstü İstanbul, and who is in the cast?

Altı Üstü İstanbul returns on September 7 with its 13th episode, as several characters face threats that push them toward irreversible choices.

The previous episode turned a night prepared for Hasan into a nightmare after a shooting. Sado was shot, four friends were taken hostage, and Hasan, Naz and Alina struggled to keep Sado alive. Emir set out on a path with no return to reach his friends.

Elsewhere, Melek stayed at Uzay’s side after Esra’s downfall while trying to uncover the truth behind what happened. Nihal and İbo finally reached a long-awaited day in the neighborhood, but Bayram’s confession dropped into the celebration like a bomb. New dangers also emerged for both of Fahriye’s daughters.

The new episode raises the stakes further. Emir and Fahriye are devastated to learn that Naz urgently needs a liver transplant. Fahriye and Soner decide to tell Melek a secret they have kept for years in an effort to save Naz, while their conflict with Sezen grows.

Melek learns the truth about Bahtiyar’s death without knowing what danger awaits her. Uzay tries to keep her under control while carrying out orders from a mysterious figure who has him cornered. Sezen and Galip’s moves push Melek toward a danger from which there may be no return. As time runs out for Naz and Melek, Emir, Uzay and Hasan act with Rami’s support. Naz’s decision after seeing Melek forced into an operation will determine the fate of both sisters.
