Where to cheer for the Tour de France riders during the three Swiss stages?

Switzerland is set to make history by hosting the Grand Départ for three stages of the Tour de France Femmes, marking the first time the race begins in the country. The event kicks off on August 1st in Lausanne, coinciding with Switzerland's National Day.

Following the Lausanne start, the peloton will continue through Aigle and Geneva, covering the second and third stages within Swiss territory. This marks the second time the Tour de France Femmes has had an international Grand Départ, following Rotterdam in 2024.

To celebrate this significant occasion, all three host cities, Lausanne, Aigle, and Geneva, will feature dedicated Fan Zones. These zones are intended to foster a festive atmosphere and provide spectators with prime viewing opportunities to cheer on the 147 participants.

The first stage from Lausanne is scheduled to begin at 2:15 PM from Place de la Navigation in Ouchy. As is customary in cycling, the initial kilometers will be ridden at a reduced pace, allowing the riders to safely navigate the start of the race.
