Who are the worthy rivals to One Piece's Saint Nusjuro?

Saint Ethanbaron V. Nusjuro stands as a formidable figure within the World Government in One Piece, recognized not only for his supreme authority but also as one of the manga's most powerful swordsmen. Wielding the Shodai Kitetsu, one of the twelve supreme grade swords, and possessing mysterious power from Imu, Nusjuro presents a challenge few can face directly.

However, the rich history of One Piece features numerous legendary swordsmen who could potentially rival the Elder Star. Among them is Shimotsuki Ryuma, a revered figure in Wano known as the "god of swords," who wielded the Shusui and famously slayed a dragon. Despite no confirmation of Conqueror's Haki, his reputation as the greatest swordsman of his era suggests he could engage Nusjuro in an even match.
