More than 185,000 households have chosen Gradska Plinara Zagreb’s supply service as the next heating season approaches. The company presents secure supply, clear terms and accessible support as reasons customers are returning, alongside price.

GPZO says its service continues a 165-year tradition of gas operations in Zagreb. It now operates as a market supplier, offering households what it describes as reliable and stable delivery, transparent conditions and assistance when customers need it.

Price remains a central consideration. For the new gas year starting October 1, 2026, GPZO has announced a market-service rate of €0.0488 per kilowatt-hour, excluding distribution charges and VAT. The company says its policy is to keep the price below that of the public service. A final comparison will only be possible after Croatia’s energy regulator, HERA, publishes its price list for the same billing period.

Changing suppliers, GPZO says, does not require alterations to gas installations and does not interrupt delivery. The transfer is free, and customers who meet the requirements and submit complete documentation can complete the process within four working days. They can register interest through the company’s website, after which its sales team guides them through the remaining steps.

Customers can seek help with bills, consumption questions or the transfer at GPZO’s office at 1 Radnička cesta. The company also lists a sales telephone number and email address for households considering a switch. It is promoting the new heating season as an opportunity for customers to review their supply options.
