Worker Shuttle Bus Crashes into Minibus in Kırşehir, Multiple Injured

An accident involving two worker shuttle buses occurred on the Kırşehir-Ankara highway in Turkey, resulting in multiple injuries. The collision took place around 8:00 AM on the 17th kilometer of the highway, near the town of Özbağ.

The incident involved a service minibus, carrying workers from an iron casting factory, which struck another service minibus from the same company. The second minibus was reportedly stopped at a red light when the collision occurred. The driver of the striking minibus was not immediately identified.

Seventeen individuals sustained injuries as a result of the impact. Emergency services, including health teams, police, and firefighters, were dispatched to the scene following the incident. The injured were transported by ambulance to Kırşehir Training and Research Hospital for treatment. Reports indicate that one of the injured individuals is in serious condition. An investigation into the cause of the accident has been initiated.
