Yeni Parti's New Headquarters Nears Completion, Opening August 30

Preparations are in the final stages for the new headquarters of the Yeni Parti (New Party), led by Özgür Özel, who recently departed from the CHP with 90 lawmakers. The building, formerly occupied by the Gelecek Partisi, is undergoing renovations in Ankara, with interior and exterior work nearing completion.

The grand opening is scheduled for August 30, according to party management. While the Yeni Parti leadership is currently operating from the Grand National Assembly, the new headquarters is expected to become the central hub for most party activities once operational. The building is located in Mustafa Kemal Mahallesi.

The eight-story structure includes a ground floor, three basement levels, and four regular floors. Party leader Özgür Özel's office will be situated on the third floor, in the space previously used by Gelecek Partisi leader Ahmet Davutoğlu. The second floor is designated for members of the Central Executive Board (MYK), while the fourth floor will house workspaces for the party's press and personnel. The ground floor is planned for use by journalists covering the Yeni Parti.

Additional facilities within the headquarters include meeting rooms, a dining hall, executive offices, and an underground parking garage. Utility subscriptions for gas, water, and electricity have been finalized. Reports indicate the monthly rent for the headquarters exceeds 4 million Turkish Lira, with payments set to commence in October.
