Yoasobi to headline Singapore's National Stadium in 2027 for biggest show yet

Japanese pop sensation Yoasobi is set to return to Singapore for their most significant concert yet, headlining the 55,000-capacity National Stadium on February 20, 2027. This event marks a historic milestone, as Yoasobi will be the first Japanese music act to perform a solo concert at the iconic venue.

The upcoming show is a key part of their "Dome & Stadium Tour 2026-2027 Super Planet," a 10-city global tour. Singapore is designated as the sole stop in Southeast Asia, with other Asian destinations including Taipei, Seoul, and Hong Kong. The tour highlights the duo's rapidly growing international appeal.

Yoasobi, comprised of producer-songwriter Ayase and vocalist Ikura, has cultivated a substantial following in Singapore since their debut in 2024. Their previous concerts, including a sold-out show at Resorts World Ballroom and two sold-out performances at the Singapore Indoor Stadium in 2025, have consistently drawn large crowds. This progression to the National Stadium reflects their increasing popularity and ambition.

The duo's unique concept of adapting novels and short stories into music, combined with catchy pop hooks and cinematic storytelling, has propelled them to global fame. Songs like "Yoru ni Kakeru" have garnered over 1.3 billion streams, and "Idol" became a major international hit in 2023. Yoasobi has also been Spotify's most-streamed Japanese act outside Japan for four consecutive years, underscoring their status as a J-Pop powerhouse.
