Young man dies after wedding brawl, 3 held

Authorities in Da Nang city have detained three individuals on suspicion of murder following a violent brawl that erupted at a wedding celebration. Le Quang, 36, Nguyen Van Anh, 37, and Vo Ngoc Thuan, 39, all residents of Son Cam Ha commune, are under investigation for their alleged roles in the fatal incident.

The altercation occurred on June 7, stemming from a dispute that escalated rapidly. According to initial reports, a 25-year-old man, identified as L.Q.T., intervened when his friend, H.V.B., got into an argument with local youths after the wedding reception. L.Q.T. was then surrounded and severely beaten by a group of people.

Despite being rushed to Quang Nam General Hospital, L.Q.T. succumbed to his injuries on June 8. Police are continuing to gather evidence and identify other participants in the attack. The detained suspects have reportedly provided conflicting statements as investigators work to piece together the events and determine individual responsibilities.
