Younglimwon Soft Lab and Shinhan Bank Join Forces to Support Digital Transformation of Public-Service Organizations

Younglimwon Soft Lab and Shinhan Bank are partnering to help public-service organizations move their accounting and financial work online.

Under the partnership, eligible organizations that newly subscribe to Younglimwon Soft Lab’s SystemEver Nonprofit cloud ERP through Shinhan Bank will receive a 100,000 won monthly discount for six months. The maximum discount is 600,000 won.

Public-service organizations must manage donations and contributed assets while also handling double-entry bookkeeping, annual financial disclosures to the National Tax Service and dedicated-account management. They also need to prepare financial statements under public-service organization accounting standards and file reports on contributed property.

SystemEver Nonprofit is designed for these specialized tasks. It supports double-entry bookkeeping, financial-statement preparation, National Tax Service disclosures and contributed-property reporting. The system can automatically create accounting slips during income and expenditure approval processes and connect donations, dedicated accounts and sponsored goods with accounting records.
