YouTuber Andy reveals PR guru who helped him through public dispute

YouTuber Andy has publicly acknowledged the publicist who supported him through a tumultuous period following a public dispute with his ex-girlfriend and former collaborator, Zhang Jianing. In a new video titled "Influencer Made My Life Turn Around Overnight – The Behind-the-Scenes PR Push!", Andy introduced his PR representative, referred to as "Kai Ye," describing him as a "very important great benefactor in my life."

Andy admitted that after the conflict with Zhang Jianing erupted, he received numerous suggestions from friends. However, the sheer volume and conflicting advice left him feeling confused and unsure of how to proceed. He ultimately decided to seek professional PR assistance, and in the video, he personally introduced Kai Ye, expressing his deep gratitude.

Kai Ye shared his perspective on crisis public relations, stating that the most critical factor when first engaging with a situation is whether the involved party is willing to tell the truth. He explained that crisis PR professionals dread concealed information, making "due diligence" essential. Kai Ye stressed that deception, whether towards lawyers or publicists, is unacceptable and can lead to misdirected crisis management strategies.

Reflecting on the entire ordeal with Zhang Jianing, Andy shared that his most significant personal change has been learning to remain "calm." He stated that he no longer reacts impulsively to situations as he might have in the past, prioritizing stability when necessary.
