The Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant is rapidly losing its capacity to recover and resume operations, according to experts. This critical situation stems from a prolonged period without adequate technical maintenance and essential technological procedures, raising serious concerns about the plant's future.

Unfortunately, the situation at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant is extremely serious. Ammunition is stored there, troops are deployed in the territory, and international nuclear safety rules are completely violated.

While experts note that the reactors are currently in a safe, "cold" state, minimizing the immediate risk of a nuclear incident, the lack of upkeep poses a different kind of threat. The plant's ability to be fully restored is diminishing, and the long-term operational viability is in question. The exact condition of the reactors, which are not being serviced or refueled, remains largely unknown.

Currently, I see no real possibilities for Ukraine or our partners to influence the events taking place there. The situation is indeed very complex, critical.

Adding to the precariousness, the plant is reportedly storing ammunition and has troops stationed on its grounds, leading to violations of international nuclear safety regulations. Frequent disruptions to the external power supply have forced the plant to rely on diesel generators, further complicating its operational status. The overall situation is described as complex and unpredictable, leaving the fate of the facility uncertain.

I cannot say that there is a direct nuclear threat, as the reactors are stopped and are in a "cold" state, so serious incidents are unlikely.
