Zelenskyy Orders New Operation Against Companies Supplying Russia's Military Industry

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has directed the initiation of a new operation aimed at specific companies that supply Russia's military-industrial complex. Zelenskyy announced on his Facebook page that clear tasks have been assigned to all participants of a recent meeting, expressing his expectation that these objectives will be fully met.

Zelenskyy emphasized the need to significantly curb Russia's military industry. He lamented that Moscow continues to obtain foreign support and essential components for its military operations. "We see that in every Russian missile, every drone, and other weapons, there are essential components made in other countries, without which such weapons simply could not exist," the Ukrainian president stated.

These operations will be directed against specific companies that we have already identified.

This directive follows recent Ukrainian actions targeting Russia's energy and arms sectors. Kyiv has employed long-range drones capable of striking targets thousands of kilometers inside Russian territory, including areas as far as Siberia, in an effort to disrupt Russia's war-making capabilities.
