Zelenskyy: Ukraine Will Not Give Up Its Territories

On the 35th anniversary of Ukraine's independence, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy declared that his country is prepared to end the war but will not concede to Moscow's current terms. In a video message released on YouTube, Zelenskyy firmly stated that Ukraine will not relinquish its territories and dismissed any possibility of the war concluding with Ukraine giving up Donbas.

Zelenskyy directly addressed Russian President Vladimir Putin, highlighting Russia's significant losses during its attempts to occupy Ukraine. He pointed out that Russia has lost a portion of its fleet, refineries, and revenue, in addition to sacrificing "an entire generation" sent to fight.

The Ukrainian president emphasized the importance of Ukraine's defense industry, suggesting that "Flamingo" missiles should be deployed extensively against targets within Russia. He appealed to international allies for the necessary resources to expedite the end of the war, stating, "We are not asking you to fight for us. Give Ukraine everything it needs to stop this war."

Furthermore, Zelenskyy called for European unity and ambition. He also urged China to take a clearer stance on Russian threats and contribute to ending the conflict.
