2026 Sansia Cycling Tour Kicks Off: Explore Shitoushan and Baguashan, Win a Round-the-Island Trip

The Tourism Administration's Sansia National Scenic Area Administration is set to launch its "2026 Sansia Cycling Tour" series, inviting cycling enthusiasts to explore the picturesque landscapes and rich cultural heritage of Taiwan. The series features two main events: the "Wander Through Shitoushan Hakka Carnival" on May 30 and the "Railway Cycling Journey" on June 7, coinciding with World Bicycle Day. The "Wander Through Shitoushan Hakka Carnival" will cover a 36.7-kilometer route starting from Nan Zhuang Township, winding through the charming Hakka settlements and the beautiful Emei Lake. Guided by cycling influencers Xiao D and LINDA, participants will not only enjoy the scenery but also experience local Hakka culture, complete with traditional snacks and beverages at the finish line. The "Railway Cycling Journey" will focus on the Baguashan area, specifically the Ershui to Jiji railway line.
