Further breakdowns show 23% predict an exit in the quarterfinals, 8% foresee a semifinal appearance, and 3% believe they will be runners-up.

The public also weighed in on the controversial inclusion of star player Neymar. Fifty-three percent approve of his selection, while 38% disapprove. A primary concern surrounding the veteran forward is his fitness for Brazil's opening match against Morocco. Neymar, added to the squad late, has not yet trained with the full team, but recent medical evaluations indicate positive progress.
