9th-grade student faints during physical education class, dies afterwards

A tragic incident has shaken the community of Bac Gia Nghia commune in Lam Dong province, Vietnam, where a 9th-grade student, identified as G.B., collapsed and passed away during a physical education class. According to reports, the student was participating in a warm-up for a basketball lesson around 7:20 AM on April 17th when they suddenly fainted. Despite immediate first aid administered by teachers and prompt transfer to a medical facility, the student could not be revived and was pronounced dead at 8:45 AM the same day.

At that time, student G.B., a student of class 9A3, was warming up with the whole class to prepare for the basketball lesson when they suddenly fainted.

School officials and local authorities have visited the student's family to offer condolences and support for funeral arrangements.
