Ly Thai To Park No. 1 in Ho Chi Minh City has rapidly transformed into an integral part of the urban landscape, embodying a "heart in the city" that resonates with residents. Its central water feature, marked by a distinctive heart-shaped void within a "water drop" design, has become a focal point, with many visitors lingering to absorb the atmosphere, often accompanied by soft music.

The park's creation was swift, a testament to a decisive policy and rapid execution. Inaugurated on February 12, the project was completed in just 90 days by various units, consultants, and Sun Group. Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee, Nguyen Van Duoc, lauded the park's profound humanist significance, recognizing it as a place for remembrance and gratitude towards the construction teams.

Despite its urban setting, surrounded by dense housing, Ly Thai To Park offers a vital green lung. Visitors are noted for their respect for the space, maintaining its cleanliness and refraining from littering, a behavior that contrasts with experiences in other public parks. The park's transformation from a site of difficult pandemic days, symbolized by the ubiquitous face mask, to a vibrant area for exercise and leisure signifies a hopeful shift for the city. The evening water music shows further enhance its appeal, drawing crowds who gather to enjoy the spectacle and connect with each other, reflecting a city moving forward with renewed optimism.
