Acer launches 3 convertible touchscreen laptops with 120Hz screens, Copilot AI

Acer has unveiled its latest Aspire Spin series, introducing three convertible touchscreen laptops designed for versatility. These new models feature a 360-degree hinge, allowing them to transform into laptop, tablet, tent, or display modes, catering to diverse needs from presentations to entertainment.

A key highlight is the 120Hz refresh rate on the WUXGA (1920x1200) IPS touch displays, promising smoother visuals for scrolling, handwriting, and video playback. The 14-inch model supports an Active Stylus, while the 15.3-inch version includes MPP 2.0 pressure-sensitive stylus technology for precise creative work.

Integration of Microsoft's Copilot AI is a significant upgrade, with a dedicated button for quick access. This feature aims to streamline tasks like summarizing meetings, drafting documents, creating presentations, translating content, and searching for information, thereby boosting efficiency for users.

Hardware specifications across the three models include 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD storage, along with Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and essential ports like HDMI 1.4 and USB 3.2. Pricing begins at NT$31,900 for the Intel Core Ultra 5 115U-powered 14-inch model, with AMD Ryzen 5 330 variants available for the 14-inch and 15-inch versions.
