Agrinesia Earns Great Place to Work Certification in Indonesia

PT Agrinesia Raya has officially been recognized as a Great Place to Work in Indonesia, a significant achievement based on its employees' experiences and trust in the company. The certification follows a Trust Index Survey where a remarkable 87% of Agrinesia's workforce described the company as a "great workplace." This figure substantially surpasses the average of 59% typically seen in other organizations.

The company, which employs over 1,500 individuals across five manufacturing facilities in Bogor, Sidoarjo, Yogyakarta, Medan, and Makassar, fosters its work environment through the GROW values: Growth Mindset, Respect for Diversity, Obsession for Customer, and Work in Agility. Agrinesia also actively promotes communication and employee well-being through various programs.

These initiatives include "Leadership Connect," a platform for dialogue between management and staff, the "Culture Ambassador Program Asgardians," and the "Employee Wellbeing Program" featuring activities like SWEAT. These programs aim to support employee development, foster interaction, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
