Đắk Lắk Launches 60-Day Campaign to Clear Land for Industrial Park and Bãi Gốc Port Projects

The province of Đắk Lắk is demonstrating decisive action with the launch of its "60-day high-intensity land clearance campaign." This initiative targets two critical infrastructure projects: the Hòa Tâm Industrial Park (Phase 1) and the Bãi Gốc Port. As reported by Tuổi Trẻ, the provincial People's Committee of Hòa Xuân commune has mobilized resources to meet ambitious deadlines, aiming for complete land acquisition for the port by June 30 and a substantial 95% handover for the industrial park within the same timeframe. This aggressive timeline underscores the province's commitment to accelerating development.

These projects represent significant investments in Vietnam's economic future. The Hòa Tâm Industrial Park, developed by Hòa Phát Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company, has a total investment capital of nearly 4,200 billion VND. The Bãi Gốc Port project, undertaken by Bãi Gốc Port Phu Yen Joint Stock Company (also part of Hòa Phát Group), boasts an even larger investment of approximately 24,000 billion VND. The scale of these undertakings highlights their strategic importance for regional and national economic growth, particularly in enhancing logistical capabilities and industrial capacity.
