Alan Rick Leads Acre Gubernatorial Race with 33% Support, Poll Shows

Senator Alan Rick is the frontrunner in the upcoming Acre gubernatorial election, capturing 33% of voter intentions, a new poll by Quaest reveals. The survey, released Thursday, places current Governor Mailza Assis in second place with 24% support.

The poll indicates a significant gap between the leading two candidates and the rest of the field. Tião Bocalom of PSDB garnered 15% of intentions, while Thor Dantas (PSB) and Dr. Luisinho (Agir) received 2% and 1% respectively. Eudo Raffael of PCB registered 0% support.

Beyond the gubernatorial race, the poll also assessed voter intentions for the two Senate seats available in Acre. Gladson Cameli (PP) leads with 19%, followed by Márcio Bittar (PL) at 14%. Mara Rocha (Republicanos) and Jorge Viana (PT) are tied at 12%.

The Quaest survey conducted 804 personal, in-home interviews with residents aged 16 and older across Acre from August 23 to 26. It has a maximum margin of error of three percentage points, with a 95% confidence level.
