Alexandria Al-Azhar zone opens appeals for primary and preparatory exam results

The Al-Azhar zone in Alexandria, Egypt, has announced the commencement of the appeals process for students who wish to contest their results from the first round of primary and preparatory Al-Azhar exams for the 2025-2026 academic year. The window for submitting these appeals will be open for ten days, beginning Saturday, June 20, 2026.

Students and their guardians are instructed to submit their appeal requests in person at the Al-Azhar zone's headquarters. A prerequisite for lodging an appeal is the payment of the prescribed fees for each subject being contested, which can be settled at the zone's treasury before proceeding to the relevant control centers for the necessary procedures.

Officials from the Al-Azhar zone urged all parents and students intending to file appeals to strictly adhere to the specified deadlines. Requests submitted after the legal period expires will not be considered. Compliance with official working hours is also emphasized to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of appeals.

To facilitate the appeals process, applicants are required to present the guardian's national identification card, along with a copy, and the student's exam roll number. Adherence to all security and administrative regulations within the control centers is mandatory to ensure the safety of all individuals and the proper functioning of the process.
