Ángela Aguilar and Christian Nodal share a romantic rehearsal in Spain ahead of Premios Juventud

Ángela Aguilar and Christian Nodal returned to the spotlight together at the first rehearsal for Premios Juventud, held this year in Mallorca, Spain. The couple had not been seen together publicly for some time before arriving at the event.

Aguilar will perform the Mexican classic “Cielito lindo” during the ceremony. Videos from the rehearsal show her wearing white, while clips of the couple preparing for the event have circulated widely on social media.

Nodal is nominated and will also perform. The lineup includes Wisin, Camilo, Yandel, Natanael Cano, Manuel Carrasco, Aria Vega, DND and Santos Bravos. The awards ceremony will air on September 3 on Univision, UniMás and Galavisión, as well as on ViX and YouTube. In Mexico, it will be broadcast on Canal 5.

The pair have continued to attract attention by displaying their affection and supporting each other’s careers two years after their marriage. One recurring moment has become a kind of pre-performance ritual: videos show them crossing themselves before taking the stage. Nodal has said in an interview that Aguilar taught him a great deal about Mexican culture and hinted that he would wear something special for the ceremony.

Aguilar and Nodal also attended Premios Juventud in 2019, when they were friends. Seven years later, they are returning as a married couple, with Aguilar showing the rings her husband has given her.
