Atlético de San Luis vs Chivas: Kickoff time and where to watch today’s Liga MX match

Chivas arrive at Atlético de San Luis with a chance to extend their unbeaten run to six matches and hold their place among the important positions in the Apertura 2026 standings.

The Guadalajara side has not lost in Liga MX since the opening round, when it fell 2-0 at home to Toluca. Since then, Chivas have recorded three wins and two draws. They come into the match after drawing with Pachuca at Hidalgo, a game they let slip away in the closing stages.

Atlético de San Luis, however, will not make the visit easy. After five matches without a victory, the Potosí team earned its first win of the tournament last round, beating Monterrey 3-1 away. The result lifted the mood around the side managed by Mexican coach Diego Mejía.

Chivas remain the favorites. Roberto Alvarado has scored four goals and will seek his first goal against Atlético de San Luis as a Guadalajara player. Since the current San Luis franchise began in the Apertura 2019, the teams have played seven matches in Potosí, with Chivas winning only twice.

The match is set for Saturday, September 5, at 5 p.m. ESPN, ViX Premium and Disney+ Premium will carry the game.
