Bandung Residents Terrorized by Armed Youth Gangs for Over a Month

Residents in Bandung, West Java, have been living in fear for over a month due to a series of attacks by groups of youths armed with sharp weapons. The latest incident, which occurred early Saturday morning on Jalan Raya Cigondewah Kaler, was captured on social media, showing the youths entering a residential area and firing fireworks.

One resident, Andres Pratama, described the attack as sudden. He stated that the group, numbering in the dozens of motorcycles, challenged residents who were socializing. The youths were seen carrying various weapons, including swords, iron bars, and throwing empty beverage bottles.
