Bank Mandiri Taspen, Taspen Boost Pensioner Services with West Java Government

Bank Mandiri Taspen and PT Taspen (Persero) are enhancing their synergy with the West Java Provincial Government to improve services for civil servants and pensioners. This collaboration was a key focus during a meeting with West Java Governor Dedi Mulyadi in Bandung.

The meeting served as a platform to strengthen coordination between the three entities, aiming to better support participants and beneficiaries of pension programs. Eko Andryanto Prakasa, Branch Manager of Taspen, emphasized the necessity of inter-agency collaboration to ensure services for Taspen participants are "easier, faster, and more targeted." He stated, "Through close collaboration with Bank Mandiri Taspen and the support of the West Java Provincial Government, we want to ensure every TASPEN participant receives increasingly easy, fast, and accurate services. This synergy also embodies our commitment to delivering pension program benefits that provide security and improve the welfare of civil servants and pensioners."

During the meeting, Bank Mandiri Taspen highlighted its role as a partner to PT Taspen (Persero) in distributing various benefits for civil servants, including retirement benefits and "Tabungan Hari Tua" (THT), a form of savings for old age. Previously, Bank Mandiri Taspen and PT Taspen (Persero) had provided these benefits to Dedi Mulyadi upon his departure from his role as Regent of Purwakarta and when he concluded his term as a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives.

Bagus Ahmad Irawanto, Distribution Head IV at Bank Mandiri Taspen, affirmed the company's commitment to strengthening its role as a partner for PT Taspen (Persero). He stated, "We are committed to providing increasingly inclusive, accessible, and value-adding banking services for pensioners." Bagus added that the meeting with the Governor of West Java was a significant moment to reinforce synergy, ensuring that pensioners receive not only financial services but also support for improving their quality of life. The collaboration with the West Java Provincial Government is expected to expand service access and enhance service quality for civil servant pensioners in the region. Moving forward, both institutions plan to continue developing innovative services and broadening collaborations with stakeholders to support the welfare of pension program participants.
