BC Jonava signs American forward Cleven Brown for one year

Lithuanian basketball club BC Jonava has secured its first foreign player for the upcoming season, signing American forward Cleven Brown to a one-year contract. The 28-year-old brings a blend of athleticism and European experience to the LKL team.

Last season, Brown competed in the Czech Republic for BK Opava. There, he was a key player in their frontcourt, averaging 12.1 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 1.6 blocks per game, while achieving an efficiency rating of 17.2. His performance made him one of the standout players for Opava.

Brown's professional career began in Europe, where he has gained experience across multiple leagues, including Spain, Kosovo, Italy, Finland, and the Czech Republic. Prior to his European journey, he played in the NCAA for the Vanderbilt Commodores and the Florida International University. His game is characterized by his athleticism, energy, rebounding ability, and defensive presence in the paint.
