Bishkek Construction Company "Emperor Stroy" May Be Blacklisted

The construction company "Emperor Stroy" in Bishkek is under scrutiny for continuing work on a site where construction was previously ordered to stop. This violation has resulted in a fine of 213,000 Kyrgyz soms and has led to proposals for more severe penalties.

According to the Ministry of Construction, the company was found to be proceeding with the construction of a 10-story residential building located at Gorky Street 72, 72a and Gvardeyskaya Street 13, 13a. Despite receiving a formal notification to suspend all building activities, inspectors discovered that work had not ceased.

In response to the breach of regulations, "Emperor Stroy" was issued a substantial fine. Furthermore, the case materials have been forwarded to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for a legal assessment. Experts involved in the inspection have submitted a recommendation to the Ministry of Construction to place the company on a blacklist and to suspend its construction license.
