Bison Gores Man in Yellowstone, Video Shows Serious Injuries

A man suffered serious injuries after being gored by a bison in Yellowstone National Park, an incident captured on video that has reignited warnings about the dangers of approaching wild animals. The attack occurred when the man got too close to the large animal, which then charged and tossed him into the air.

The footage shows the bison aggressively confronting the individual before violently impaling him. Park officials have repeatedly cautioned visitors to maintain a safe distance from wildlife, emphasizing that these animals are unpredictable and can pose a significant threat.

This latest incident underscores the risks inherent in Yellowstone, where visitors are advised to stay at least 25 yards (23 meters) from bison and other large animals like elk, and 100 yards (91 meters) from bears and wolves.
